About this Event

Being singled out, excluded, mocked, targeted or made to feel that there is something fundamentally wrong with you can leave traces long after the situation itself has ended.

For neurodivergent people, experiences of bullying and mobbing can be particularly complicated. Sometimes we were targeted precisely because we were different. Sometimes we learned to mask, shrink ourselves or constantly monitor the room in an attempt to stay safe.

On the International Day against Violence and Bullying at School, including Cyberbullying, we’re opening a sharing circle around these experiences — while intentionally looking beyond school as well.


Bullying and mobbing can happen in classrooms, workplaces, families, friendships, communities and online spaces. And its effects can follow us into places where the original threat is long gone.


This is not a workshop about how you should heal, forgive or move on.

It’s a space to talk, listen, recognise ourselves in each other’s experiences, and…
